This property was acquired from the MLS. Because of structural challenges to do the top floor addition, this project time line was extended beyond the initial scope. The house was also located next to a high traffic drug house which also presented several challenges. After a few price reductions we were still able to sell the house fairly quickly and still make a nice return on investment.
