The property is located in a more suburban area of the city but the comparable sales were really high and really require high end finishes which made this project have a steep construction budget. We ended up cycling through 2 general contractors before deciding to start our own construction company to complete this project ourselves. It was a long road but the finished product and sales price can speak for itself!!
